Arkitrek are looking for an architectural assistant to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We need someone with minium RIBA Part II equivalent degree, two years work experience and excellent design skills to help with design development of environment responsive buildings.
The role will also include working for our associate Architect Michael Chong on commercial and residential projects. Michael is a LAM registered architect and can offer the successful candidate work experience structured towards their professional qualification.
Due to visa restrictions the position is only open to Malaysian citizens or those with a valid work permit. Apart from that; all designers with an interest in sustainable design and nature conservation (and who are willing to risk a leech bite!) are encouraged to apply.
